Therapeutic Activities
SEN Association facilitates the participation of children and young people with special educational needs, such as speech disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, etc., in therapeutic programs supported by psychologists accredited by the College of Psychologists in Romania.
Specialists within SEN Association occasionally organize educational and recreational activities, both individual and group-oriented, for beneficiaries within the organization's target group.
Summer School
Summer School is a program founded by SEN Association in partnership with School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea in 2013, through the MOL project 'Arta CES' (SEN Art). The program involves continuing recreational activities, such as therapies through artistic mediation and movement, with students with SEN as well as support students. It takes place over a period of 3-5 weeks after the end of the school year. The program has been annually continued by the partner school at its location on 48 Roman Ciorogariu Street, with financial and logistical support from the association, with interruptions during the pandemic period.
Special Olympics Sports Competitions
Starting from 2015, SEN Asociation has supported the organization of Special Olympics regional football and basketball competitions, held in Oradea. These competitions were part of the CAER project 'Câștigă-ți un prieten special/Win a Special Friend' implemented by School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea. The project is included in the Ministry of Education's calendar without funding; therefore, SEN Asociation, along with the Special Olympics Romania Foundation, has been a financial and logistical supporter of this project year after year.
SEN Association has also supported and financed the participation of students with SEN from Bihor County in other sports competitions in locations such as Arad, Hunedoara, Alba Iulia, etc.
Civic and Socio-Cultural Activities and Projects
SEN Asociation has supported and continues to support, both logistically and financially, the implementation of socio-cultural activities for students with SEN proposed within local/county/regional projects carried out by various educational institutions, approved by the Bihor County School Inspectorate or the Ministry of Education.

- Educational project “Întâlnirea cu trecutul” (Bihor County Pedagogical Assistance and Guidance Centre)
- Educational project “Sărbători speciale pentru copii speciali” (Gymansium School of Roșia)
- Ehe educational project “MasterChef pentru copii speciali” (School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea)
- Educational project “MasterChef in pandemie” (Special Inclusive Education School No. 1 Oradea)
- Educational project “Din stăbuni, din oameni buni” (National Collegium Elena Ghiba Birta Arad)
- Educational project “Dansez pentru mine” (School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea)
