All our trainings can be organised at participants request, including in English language for Erasmus+ groups and can be payed through mobility European projects!

T2H E-learning training (final result of Erasmus+ T2H project), gathering together several methods of rehabilitation and integration of SEN/SLD students: art therapies, sensory integration and dyslexia therapy is available in English and all project partner languages: Romanian, Polish, Bulgarian, Italian, Portuguese. Greek and Italian via Moodle platform

Conferences

SEN Association - Support Education Network together and School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea, in collaboration with the Bihor County Teacher Training Centre (Casa Corpului Didactic Bihor) and Bihor County School Inspectorate, along with other local partners: Oradea University, Bihor County Educational Assistance and Guidance Centre, National Association of School Psychologists, TopFormalis Association and Three River Museum, organized on October 24, 2023, between 9:00 AM and 7:30 PM, the International Erasmus+ Dissemination and Valorization Conference.
The conference held in Oradea was marked by the presence of 36 teachers and specialists from 13 institutions in 9 European countries: Spain, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, and Slovenia. The primary objective of the conference was to disseminate the results of the Erasmus+ KA220 projects: “Digital PER_SEN,” ref.no. 2021-1-RO01-KA220-SCH-000024559 implemented by School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea and “Teach me to help!”, 2021-1-RO01-KA220-SCH-000034497 implemented by SEN Association - Support Education Network as European coordinators. The aim was to valorize these results by presenting know-how and examples of good practices. The common denominator between the two projects, in addition to the implementation teams, was the target group they addressed, namely students with special educational needs and specific learning disorders.
The event commenced with the Plenary Session, hosted in the conference hall of the Three River Museum (Muzeul Țării Crișurilor) in Oradea and moderated by: Prof. Teodora Pantazi – Director of School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea, prof. Carmen Ilisie – President of SEN Association - Support Education Network, prof. Alin Ștefănuț – Director of the Bihor County Teacher Training Center, prof. Florin Negruțiu – Inspector for Community Projects and Programs at the Bihor County School Inspectorate. The organizers, international partners, and local collaborators presented not only the project results but also additional insights into the discussed topics, providing well-documented information as well as points for reflection.

The themes of the two sections, moderated by a group of specialists including the methodologists of the Bihor County Teacher Training Center, Prof. Denisa Luca and Prof. Florina Polasec: “Results Achieved in the Classroom through Projects” and “Innovative Methods Used in Teaching-Learning-Evaluation and Recovery of Students with SEN/SLD.”

Alongside the international partners of the two projects, over 200 local participants, teachers from special and inclusive education, interested in the proposed themes, attended the conference.
Conference participants received the materials created within the two Erasmus+ projects in physical or digital format.
- a set of methodological guides for teachers (“Emotional Development through Art Therapy”, “Supporting the Integration of Students with SLD into the Classroom”, “Sensory Integration and the Movement Stories Method”) – from the T2H project
- The practical guide “How to Create a Digital Educational Resource” and access to the Virtual Library, which contains 85 digital materials for students with SEN – from the Digital PER_SEN project. All materials are available in both Romanian and the project languages on the project websites.
The Romanian versions of some of these guides have been edited through Didactica Militans Publishing House – Bihor County Teacher Training Center and the “Teach me to help” workshops held at the conference are a synthesis of the three courses offered by CCD Bihor, supported over the past few years as a result of the Erasmus+ project with the same name, in which the County Teacher Training Center acted as a local partner.
The conference concluded with an evaluation session and a raffle, where participants won limited edition materials produced by the two institutions/organizations over the years.
National Conference of School Psychologists, a well-established event in the Bihor education system organized by the National Association of School Psychologists, took place during 25-26 of October 2019 at Oradea University. Considering the conference theme, “Educational Psychology between Paradigms and Challenges: Implications for Learning and Children with Specific Learning Disabilities” it was decided to create a mega-event in collaboration with the Erasmus+ KA2 Multiplier Event of “DysTRANS - Supporting Dyslexic Individuals in Transition from Primary to Lower Secondary School”, organized by SEN Association.

Important institutions from professional community responded positively to the invitation from the two organizing associations to involve: Oradea University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Bihor County School Inspectorate, Bihor County House of Teachers, Bihor County Center for Resources and Educational Assistance, School Centre of Inclusive Education No.1 Oradea, Association for the Promotion of Cooperation in Education, and the Romanian Psychologists' College. Well-known lecturers and trainers from Romania and abroad, specializing in the fields of clinical psychology, educational psychology, and special education, were invited to be part of this conference. They delivered keynote lectures and conducted workshops. Some of the distinguished guests who honored the conference with their presence were:

The over 200 conference participants had the opportunity to participate in:
- 11 lectures presented during 2 plenary sessions;
- 12 workshops on various topics in the field of learning and specific learning disorders;
- Round table discussion on the project theme “DysTRANS - Supporting Dyslexic Individuals in Transition from Primary to Lower Secondary School”;
- 2 presentation sessions: “Education between paradigms and challenges. Trends and prefigurations in educational psychology” and “Recovery and integration of SEN students. Assessment and intervention in specific learning disorders”;

The participation of pre-university educators in the conference was funded through the Erasmus+ KA2 project “DysTRANS.” They constituted the project's target group, aimed at disseminating the results and the assessment and intervention kit for dyslexic students during the transition from primary to secondary education.

The conference was also accredited by the Romanian Psychologists' College, providing professional credits to the participants.
Special Education National Conference “Counseling @ arts of getting to youngest” (with international participation) 'Write Special Psychopedagogue, Read Special – The Art of Counseling and Integrating Children in Family, School, Life,' organized by SEN Association and the „Orizont” National Association of Psychopedagogues gathered in Oradea during 20-21 of February 2015, over 300 teachers from pre-university and university education from: Bihor, Arad, Cluj, Sălaj, Bistrița-Năsăud, Satu Mare, Baia Mare, Hunedoara, Caraș-Severin, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Constanța, Iași, Neamț, Vâlcea, Vaslui, Bacău counties and Bucharest, as well as from Bulgaria, Latvia, Hungary and Italy during an exchange of best practices in the field of special psychopedagogy. 60 papers were presented, 45 presented in sections and 14 in plenary sessions. The proposed sections and themes covered a wide range of special psychopedagogy, allowing the selection of those teaching experiences that have achieved the best results.

SEV Conference „Through You(th), SEN World gets larger” was organized by SEN Association in collaboration with teachers and SEV volunteers from School Centre of Inclusive Education No. 1 Oradea in May 2013, with the aim of disseminating the SEV project with the same name. This was the first event of its kind organized by the two institutions, marking the beginning of a series of prestigious events in the field in the following years.
